Aromatic-Candles.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your products are shipped.

Refunds

You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full, no hassle, refund. If you return enough of an order that your total drops below our free shipping offer, we will deduct $10 for shipping charges from your refund. You can email us with any problems or concerns you may have. You must call us before you return any products. Be sure to include your order information when you return products if you expect to receive credit.

Breakage

You have 24 hours from the time your package is dropped off on your doorstep to make any claims regarding breakage and melting.

Shipping

Getting your order to the destination you specify as quickly as possible is our top priority. Feel free to check our shipping chart for an estimate of how many days it will take to get your order to you for all in stock items.

Backordered Items

We do our best to keep a full inventory selection and a current website. However, if an item is out of stock due to high demand, we will email you with the expected ship date. Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel or change your order. Your credit card is not charged until your product is shipped.
